This general purpose access panel is for interior applications. Made from steel, this 24" x 24" access door has a non-removable door, is non-insulated, non-watertight, non-fire-rated, and has an Screw Cam Latch as it's locking mechanism.

This 24" x 24" ( 23-13/16" x 23-13/16" rough opening ) press-fit access door is constructed from steel, with a prime coated white finish. The Karp PF model ( Press-Fit ) drywall access panel is constructed with a 20 gauge non-removable door, while the beveled frame, return and doorstop are made from one piece of 22 gauge steel. It has a concealed steel continuos piano hinge, with an Screw Cam Latch as its locking mechanism. The Karp Press-Fit access panel is for interior applications only. It is non-fire-rated, and non-watertight. The recessed door has an exposed flange and will require some framing for installation.
