From Industrial Hardware and Specialties we have the Karp KAFA-R 36x36 Recessed Smooth Floor Access Panel Flat Head Machine Screws. This removable floor door is a 1/8" recessed, 1/4" thick, 37 1/2" x 37 1/2" floor panel with a smooth aluminum surface. It is made from 6050-T651 aluminum with a clear anodized finish. It has an easy to install 6063-TS extruded aluminum 38" x 38" frame with die cast corner connectors and is sealed with a rubber cork strip.. This KAFA-R model floor access door has a 36" x 36" opening for entry access and comes equpped standard with 10-24 x 3/4 stainless steel flat head machine screws to keep the panel firmly secured to the frame.
