From Industrial Hardware and Specialties we have the Karp KAFA-R 12x12 Recessed Smooth Floor Access Panel Tamper Resistant Screws. This removable floor door is a 1/8" recessed, 1/4" thick, 13 1/2" x 13 1/2" floor panel with a smooth aluminum surface. It is made from 6050-T651 aluminum with a clear anodized finish. It has an easy to install 6063-TS extruded aluminum 14" x 14" frame with die cast corner connectors and is sealed with a rubber cork strip.. This KAFA-R model floor access door has a 12" x 12" opening for entry access and comes equpped with tamper-resistant screws to keep the panel firmly secured to the frame.
