From Industrial Hardware and Specialties we have the Karp KAFA-FS 36x36 Flush Smooth Floor Access Panel Tamper Resistant Screws. This removable floor door is a flush mounted 1/4" thick 37 1/2" x 37 1/2" floor panel with an aluminum smooth plate. It is made from 6050-T651 aluminum with a clear anodized finish. It has an easy to install 6063-TS extruded aluminum 38" x 38" frame with die cast corner connectors and is sealed with a rubber cork strip.. This KAFA-FS model floor access door has a 36" x 36" opening for entry access and comes equpped with tamper-resistant screws to keep the panel firmly secured to the frame.
