From Industrial Hardware and Specialties we have the Karp KAFA-FD 18x18 Flush Diamond Floor Access Panel Tamper Resistant Screws. This removable floor door is a flush mounted 1/4" thick 19 1/2" x 19 1/2" floor panel with an embossed diamond pattern plate. It is made from 6050-T651 aluminum with a clear anodized finish. It has an easy to install 6063-TS extruded aluminum 20" x 20" frame with die cast corner connectors and is sealed with a rubber cork strip.. This KAFA-FD model floor access door has a 18" x 18" opening for entry access and comes equpped with tamper-resistant screws to keep the panel firmly secured to the frame.
