The JL Industries Aluminum Roof Hatch RHDA-7 37 in. x 30 in. The Model RHDA-7 has a 12" high curb made from 11 gauge aluminum and 3 1/2" wide flange around the base for securing to roof deck. The cover includes a 11 gauge aluminum exterior and .040 aluminum liner with a TPE draft seal gasket door seal. The hardware includes a heavy duty clear zinc-plated steel pintle hinge, a compression operated heavy gauge automatic hold open arm with a shock absorbing cylinder, and red vinyl grip. The curb for this 37" X 30" roof access hatch is manufactured from 11 gauge aluminum, is 12" High, and has a 3-1/2" wide flange surrounding the 1" fiberboard insulated base to aid in securing the roof hatch to the deck. The covers exterior is constructed from 11 gauge aluminum and insulated with 1" mineral wool between the exterior cover and the 18 gauge aluminum liner. It's than finished with a TPE draft seal gasket. The JL Industries part number RHDA-7 is a spring loaded roof hatch. The hatch comes standard with a compression spring-operated cylinder, heavy gauge automatic hold open arm with red grip, and a heavy duty clear zinc-plated steel pintle hinge.
