We carry Concealed Grid Ceiling Hatches from Karp. The Karp Model KSTC/CAD is designed for use with concealed and exposed grid systems. Standard Sizes offered 48" x 24" and 24" x 24". The Sesame Concealed Grid Ceiling Hatch opens to a check position for safety before opening to a full 90 degrees. Door is removable to provide access for maintenance and repairs.

• Frame shall be 20 gage hot dipped galvanized steel with a rib containing a flame retardant polyurethane gasket.
• Door shall be 20 gage electro-galvanized mild steel.
• Escutcheon caps shall be plastic molded with hinged flaps.
• Locks shall be budget locks operated with square shanked key.
